HardTrap is that one genre that is rising day by day in the EDM world. New releases and remixes by producers like Lit Lords, SAYMYNAME, Kayzo and many more are gaining a lot a support from other musicians and most importantly, by the fans.
Music producers from India are not behind in this trend. Indian HardTrap producer, Angia is that one face from India which aims to bring the Hard to India! Looking at Angia’s series of latest releases, Bass Stud definitely is stunned.
Bass Stud caught hold of this guy last night to have a small conversation.

Describe your music?
I’d best describe my music as an alternative take on hard dance. I like to inculcate the sounds that originated from old, raw hardcore and hardstyle and make them more accessible by incorporating them into bass music, creating a fusion of old school hard dance and modern day trap and bass music that can be appreciated by everyone from die hard hardstyle fans to casual trap listeners and everyone in between.
How did you start with music production?
The way I started with hard trap is a bit weird; I originally got into production as a ghost producer for a variety of house genres, mostly big room and progressive. Once I decided to produce for myself instead, I started trying to make hardstyle and gabber, something I was always passionate about far before I started music production. Though I stuck with house for a while, eventually I found out about fusion trap genres like desi bass and hard trap from people like SAYMYNAME and Ritviz. When I started listening to their music, I realised that this is what allowed me to express myself the best and it’s what I loved.
