When REZZ unveiled an online countdown timer to something called ‘Nightmare On Rezz Street’ last week, fans had no idea what it could be. Now that the time has run out, she’s released a mix of all-original music set to Halloween-themed visuals for us to indulge in.
The mixtape contains unreleased and original music only. The tracks are exclusive to this mix and won’t be released outside of it.
NightmareOnRezzStreet.com appeared on her Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram. Unable to wait until the time ran out, Rezz revealed to us what we’d be getting early. The cartoony animation of Rezz on the site is actually the album art. She also shared a link to the mix.
“Some music is very old, some is newer,” reads the video’s YouTube description. “Either way I want my fans to hear it because I always wonder what my favorite artists never released.
We did know that we’d be getting something special from her for Halloween. But 13 new songs seem like an overindulgence in the oomph of Halloween. Her newest album ‘Certain Kind of Magic’ has only been out for two months, and now we get this? All we can say is thank you, Rezz!
